How Do We Teach

In our Beginner classes we concentrate mainly on kickboxing, as this is our core system. It is important to build a strong base system, before introducing the student to cross training.

The Intermediate classes start to blend the arts, and while still concentrating on kickboxing, they begin to explore how to move between systems and about “bridging the gap” between ranges.

Sparring is also an important part of these classes; the student can now be introduced to sparring in a safe and friendly manner.

Advanced students work in all ranges of the martial arts, exploring the different arts, blending them and working towards being a complete martial artist.

The advanced students also start to work with weapons training, taken from Filipino Kali to help build their attributes.
